It is interesting on how society has jumped from the Industrial Revolution beginning from 1780-1840 and moved quickly into the second Industrial Revolution between 1870-1920. Society was pushed into the Digital Revolution which was between 1975 to 2021 and now moving with lightning speed to the fourth Revolution.
Society has come accustomed to having computers perform fast. We expect task to be performed quickly with no issues. These tasks can take milliseconds to go from one state to another or across the world to be perfectly honest, but we still feel it is too slow.
